High praise to the folks at the front desk (worked mainly with Brad, Eric, and Rob and everyone has been 100% professional, courteous, and helpful. The support from the maintenance tech was top notch (punctual and very efficient) and I'm appreciative for everyone's efforts in contributing to a pleasant living experience.
