this place has gone downhill the past two years, people have parties every night, people play super loud music ALL DAY even after 10pm and no matter how many times we call security to tell them to turn it down, people here just don’t listen. There’s never parking, there’s always problem with water, and just a super noisy place, people are so inconsiderate here. Pros: nice pool area. Package service where you get packages delivered to office. Many cons: Many many unattended kids that take over common areas. Kids run free with no supervision by parents or management and allowed to be aggressive and rude to adult tenants
NO BIOLA STUDENTS LIVE HERE!!! This a god awful place to live, period. Noisy, VERY NOISY. You can hear your next door neighbor farting with these paper thin walls. If you love neighbors that party from Thursday night to Sunday night, this is your place with lots of bass. Car break-ins. No parking. You will leave here with dents in your car. Internet, Consolidated Smarts is a SCAM. Huge families crammed into these one or two bedrooms, hence no parking.
It was ok I guess. the bbq area sucked! Parking is horrible. The walls are super thin!
