I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment complex for the most part, and it used to feel like a very positive community. Since the previous property manager left, however, the experience has changed. The new manager’s communication style can feel unwelcoming and has created a more tense atmosphere than before. I truly believe that strong, supportive management makes a huge difference in residents’ happiness, and I hope the ownership will take this into account moving forward. Lived in this community for more than 4 years. Really spacious and hard to find in other apartments at this price. Friendly management. The pool, community hall and Jacuzzi are good but the gym is not up to the expectation. Maintenance is excellent and highly responsive. The pest control they have in their contract is not satisfactory but overall it's worth giving 5 stars.

Ginette Schnell, property manager, is exceptional. She provides excellent service and genuinely cares about the residents at Mediterranean Apartments. Ginette is friendly, responds quickly, and always has a smile and kind word. She is a gem!

Its'a really great location for me to go anywhere very conveniently. The Mediterranean apartments lease manager is also very sweet and nice for us. When we have any trouble issue in our house, the staff always came to fix and repair very quickly whenever we need or require. Good service, attitude and location! I really love it ^_^

Lived in this community for over one year and so far felt very comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. And it really has much more greens than most of the affordable apartments in Sunnyvale or Santa Clara.
