The person answering the phone can not even get her lies straight. First she tells me she finds out yesterday 11/10/14 that insurance won't cover the wound care. When I ask why this little nugget of information was not passed on she said she just found out. When I repeated that she found out yesterday she said no that is not what she said.... I call Bull...... Never ever would I use this place... Just roll me in the dirt
