Purchased items online from this vendor, they failed to send me an receipt or invoice, then never shipped anything after 2 weeks. I submitted a request for a refund, and was treated poorly. Their customer service and follow through sucks, and I'm submitting a complaint to BBB about their practices. It strikes me as odd that companies like this even keep their lights on, treating customers like this. I will not be doing business with them again, and hope they file my refund before I pursue legal matters to recover my losses.
