Took two weeks to produce pathology report when it should have only taken 2 to 5 days. They had a couple of lame excuses including the fax machine didn't work and they were waiting for an addendum. Protocol is such that the report needs to be sent over first and an addendum can follow later. Diagnosis is cancer and treatment has been delayed because of their incompetence. Have reported this to the Florida Board of Health and Attorney Generals office.
