Initially the hearing aid that arrived did not work. I had to send to America to investigate it at my cost and it was extremely slow. This aid was replaced, but then recharging failed, again having to send to America at my cost and very slow. They also seem to not get your e-mails a lot. Luckily having the aid is more of a nice to have than needed. Not happy though. Would not recommend them at all.
I have purchased 2 hearing aids from these guys. While they do ship from China, delivery has been within 2-3 weeks, the items are of excellent quality and value for money. I personally have been very, very impressed.
