I want to share my personal experience. My daughter's FJ Cruiser was severely damaged after a frontal accident, to the point that three other body shops recommended by the insurance refused to work on the car. Someone ran into me in a parking lot and this place was referred to me. Gabi and Grace are kind, extremely professional, communicated effectively and the shop made my car look brand new in a week! If you’re looking for a quality, family owned auto body shop, make sure to reach out to Medina’s. Medina’s Auto Body was the third shop that I took my truck to. The first two shops declined to do the work. I guess they thought the job was too difficult. I will tell you this, Medina’s auto body will be the first place I take my automobile to next time! They didn’t find the job too difficult at all, and they did an excellent job! Was referred to Medinas by a friend when I needed a damaged rear bumper and taillight replaced. Couldn’t be more appreciative of the recommendation or pleased with the entire experience. From estimate to pick up everything was handled efficiently and cost effectively.
