Owner told me I was lying when I was not sent confirmation materials for my appointment. I had actually been going to him for a year, and out of the blue he cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours notice and did not provide any support or reasoning. I always tipped 20% and we had a nice time chatting. Very weird and bizarre - buyers beware that you may recieve unprofessional and rude behavior from the owner/only employee.

Hi ******. Im sorry you feel that way. We did not state that you were lying. We sent photos of our system sending you confirmation texts and emails to show it was done on our end. It seems now that it is actually a software issue that is the reason you did not receive them. Additionally, it is usually our policy to release any appointments that are not confirmed with a deposit 48 hours prior.
