Dr. Medina is a great doctor. As has been said before, she's young, energetic, and looks at the patient as a whole. She's also very thorough as she checks on your health. Unfortunately, she works with Jackson Health and that system is outdated. Wait times are long- plan on at least 90 minutes to be able to see her. The billing takes long so I was receiving a bill 3 months after I had seen her, which was confusing because I thought I had paid it already. I saw Dr Medina for an annual physical and found her through my insurance company so it would be 100% covered. I arrived on time around lunch and the whole office went to lunch. Meanwhile, I sat there alone. I was at this office for THREE HOURS. Then, they insurance billed me for a outpatience services, which is incorrect and they billed for the facility fee and are still telling me I owe money even though this was a routine visit and I have nothing wrong.
