The only positive aspect of this property is the beautiful view. Unfortunately, the living experience was extremely negative. Angela, the owner and landlord, resides in one of the three on-site units and engages in behavior that goes far beyond reasonable property management. On a weekly basis, she goes through the garbage bins, opens tenants’ trash bags, photographs their contents, and sends the images to tenants along with complaints about what was discarded. Angela made my extended stay truly a home away from home. Everything was wonderfully appointed. The bed was better than what I have at my house. New flat screen TVs, an amazing view, minutes from my now-favorite coffee shop, I can’t say enough great things about the place I called “home away from home”. Angela herself is the friendliest person you will meet and she really wanted me to feel at home. I can’t thank her enough.

We absolutely loved our stay at Angela's property and the view of Lake Union and downtown Seattle was amazing. I loved having my morning coffee and watching the boats and seaplanes come and go. Angela was such a great neighbor and would sometimes drop off some of her delicious cooking. We miss living there and would definitely come back or recommend others to live there.
