Helpful and friendly staff.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a pharmacy The staff were extremely unhelpful, showed no patience, and treated customers in a very dismissive way The attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience unacceptable This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service standards.
First, I would like to say that I genuinely like this pharmacy. I regularly purchase my medications and other products here, and I have always been satisfied with the pharmacy itself and the services it provides. My concern is regarding an interaction I had when I called to confirm whether my order was ready. I spoke with a female employee whose name I unfortunately did not ask for.
