Went here because I broke my foot. I was there for 3 hours. Till someone looked at me. All they did was give me black sandle for a cast and my foot wasn't even wrapped up at all. And gave me crutches and told me to watch you tube to learn how to walk on them. And the doctor was nasty and yelled at me. Because I didn't understand everything he was saying. This hospital is horrible. I will never go back.
train your people answering phone on customer service. Called yesterday on a Sunday trying to explain a medical situation to the man who answered the phone. Was not listening to me. Did not care to hear anything I had to say. Acted like he didn't want to be bothered. Triage is asking questions getting information and being helpful. This person definitely was not.

Worst place for rehab. My aunt was on her way to recovery from Rochester General brought her to Medina for rehab. She is 88 very tiny and hard of hearing. She was placed for rehab because she was very weak and need to gain strength. She was only there for a few days and they neglected to put her side rails up and no alarm on her when they knew she was a fall risk. My aunt got out of bed fell and broke her hip and ended back up at Rochester general had surgery on 12/21/19 and ended up passing away 12/22/19 all this could have... read more
This hospital sucks will never go here again even if I’m dying
Heather from radiology is probably the nicest person I’ve ever encountered. She went above and far beyond her job to make me comfortable and ease the length of waiting time. In fact everyone was extremely nice which was a welcome change from my horrible hospital stay just a week earlier at a different hospital. I was less than eager to return to a hospital setting for anything but my treatment in Medina actually brightened my day.
My fiance and I have been waiting for an hour to be seen in the ER because he has been getting sick on everything for the last 48 hours. Apparently getting Marks Pizza delivered is more important than my finace being hydrated. Never coming here again, dont care if I'm dying.
Oh and #Thinkingoutloud...Medina Hospital.....Er Doctors And Floor Doctors..Are a complete joke...truly I am embarrass as a resident of Medina to have them.....I have been mis-Diagnosed two times that almost cost me my life and am going of another mis-diagnoses two years ago that there is a more then 50% chance of still killing me.Food for thought the next time you go there for more then the flu or a few stitches.......and please don't get me wrong......I can't give enough praise to The rest of The nurses and Staff and old D... read more
