They do not answer the phone. Really terrible
Doctor was great, but the office made a mistake on my billing and they have been completely unresponsive ever since -- no responses to my emails or voice messages.
This is an Amazing Doctor with excellent knowledge who dedicates time to his patients in a way its very hard to find now days, regardless other people unfortunate experiences. His office/staff had gone through some hardship circumstances but who has not gone through difficulties??? Sadly people are eagerly willing to write bad reviews without looking into reason for things...and rather be unreasonable....to bad...they don't know how much they are loosing!!!
The worst office in Miami. Making an appointment is literally impossible. Their phone number is a voice recorder allowing you to leave a message....which never gets answered. Emails also never get answered. However because of the close proximity to my job, I ignored the one-star reviews and made an appointment through Zocdoc. I received a call the day before my appointment and confirmed it. I showed up on time. Receptionist asked me to have a seat and wait.
