This is the worst medigas in Alberta. Edmonton and Calgary are tons better in service. Unless you absolutely have to, deal with the other locations.
Horrible service. I got my bipap machine almost 3 weeks ago, I sent the technician an email 3 days later saying I can't keep the mask on my face, need help. I waited a week, with no response, so I called the office, told her my issue, she said she was the cpap lady, I will put you in touch with the bipap lady. That was a week ago, nothing. So, I guess once they got your money, they are done, and I have a $2500 door stop. Very disappointed! My recommendation would be not to use medigas as your vendor
Terrible service here. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea this year, I decided to try treatment and ended up coming here. At first it seemed fine but the lady who controls everything was absolutely rude to me over the phone and didn't explain things in a professional manner. I absolutely dreaded talking to her. I have many other complaints about the service but needless to say I will be returning my testing machine and quitting treatment due to this lady's behavior towards me.
