I work in a small options home where one of my Participants uses an oxygen concentrator 24/7. She has been taken care of by MediGas Dartmouth for the past several years and I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are! Her Respiratory Therapist, Chris McDowell has been working with her directly for the last few years and he truly does go above and beyond. “everytime I have been in the store lately the customer service has been efficient,professional, and pleasant. The staff at Medigas really cares.
Getting my first cpap supplies was daunting, but the lovely folks at this place made it a painless process!! The very kind woman with the pink hair was awesome, she was really knowledgable about the insurance part and made sure my claim went through with no issues. I was totally intimidated before I used any of this equipment, and now I am sleeping sooo much better. I felt really cared for at Medigas, and would recommend this place if you are in need.
My wife and I were driving around Nova Scotia and spent some time visiting friends just outside of Halifax. One of the 2 clips holding the CPAP mask to my face had disappeared so we paid a visit to this Medigas to see about a replacement. I have had a very long and happy relationship with Medigas in our home town (Ottawa). Although this type of part is not usually a thing they would stock, they helped me nevertheless by taking one off of their display unit to help this out of town stranger out of a jam. Thanks guys.
