I have been trying to schedule an appointment with this doctor for about 18 months. The first appointment I arrived to (about 18 months ago now), the front desk staff rudely told me that they had installed new software and my appointment was not "in the books". I would not be seen that day. I rescheduled for the next available appointment, six months later.
