This company became a nightmare since being bought out. They used to be easy to get credit report deletions from. (Paying the collection does not help your FICO scores, only deletion helps. If they won't promise in writing to delete then do NOT pay them.) I still get the deletions but now its almost as hard as getting deletion letters out of the big banks.
I was put on hold after being told that my account was in their Corona, Ca. office and they would transfer me all I got very bad waiting music. I waited well lover an hour on three different call attempts and all I got was lousy music and a bad attitude! All of this for a bill that I paid over a year ago and I have faxed them proof and kept the copies just for this reason. THESE PEOPLE SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!
