I wish I could have an option for no stars at all. I also wish I would have seen all these bad ratings before setting an appointment. When I set an appointment I specifcally told the lady on the phone to verify my insurance because I lived an hour away. I get there and after a 30 minute wait rhey where asking me for my insurance info and calling to verify. On the paperwork i wrote the dates of last Xrays which where week ago. don’t waist your time nor money if they reopen! THEY CLOSED DOWN THIS CLINIC FOR A REASON !!! This place is just horrible! MAs nor “doctor” have a single clue what their doing!
DO NOT BOTHER TO GO OR CALL! THEY CLOSED DOWN THIS CLINIC LOCATION AS WELL AS WEBCHAPPEL, FERGUSON AND HAMPTON! NURSES DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING AND “DOCTORS” GIVE YOU IBUPROFEN AND CALL IT A DAY! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY AND NOT “TEMPORARILY”!! I’ve been calling for about 3 weeks now trying to get some lab results for my daughter and have not heard from them after leaving 100+ voicemails!!! DO NOT COME HERE!
