I cant begin to describe how frustrated I am with how poor the receptionist service is. I had x rays results sent on a Wednesday to be received on a Friday, and when I called on Thursday to ask if they had potentially arrived early, I was told to call back the Falls Church office on Friday morning. What the receptionist failed to tell me was the fact that the Falls Church location is closed all day- not that it mattered since both the Chantilly and Falls Church phone always sends you to a full mailbox.
