As a family of four, we have been visiting Mediclinic Rouse Hill for the past few months, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. Dr. Joy Elpedes-Bolina and Dr. Arceli Montesclaros are both excellent doctors who prioritise their patients, are thorough, pay attention and genuinely caring. The reception staff are also wonderful—helpful, and friendly, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere of the clinic. Highly meticulous physicians. Dr. Joy has served as our family practitioner ever since we relocated to the hills area. Their receptionists are welcoming and warm. The pathology department exhibits extreme diligence. I've never encountered a situation where needles needed to be reinserted, even when dealing with my challenging veins.

The pathology department exhibits extreme diligence. I've never encountered a situation where needles needed to be reinserted, even when dealing with my challenging veins.
Three times I have attended this clinic and every time they are running late. Last time they were running late by 2.5hrs. This time I’m still waiting an hour after my appointment time and that too when I called before coming in to confirm and was told to come 20mins later then my original appointment time as the Dr was running late. Very unprofessional and last time I will be attending this centre.
