My doctor wastes time talking about stuff that doesn’t matter and gets mad when I talk
Long period of waiting almost 2.5 hours and interaction with the doctor not more than a minute. Conversation with the doctor is not satisfactory regarding symptoms. Not friendly at all. In fact pharmacist is better than doctor.
Was standing in line and then there was like 2 people that went in front of me. No one said anything so I said “the line is right here” not one helped me. When I got to the desk I asked where the line is “I can help you now”. Honestly pathetic as they are supposed to help the public didn’t even acknowledge us.
I came to the hospital to fill out a document for an operation and wanted to tell about a complaint, to which the doctor quickly asked me to leave, because you can't do so much in one appointment. When I asked the receptionist, she just laughed and said, "That's right, come back another day." All the doctor did was fill out one document and that's it, without taking anything else. Thank you for such "quality" service.
