Caroline Journeycake is amazing! I have been through several different doctors looking for a fit. The biggest thing for me is communication. Her communication isbincredible. She always gets back with me very fast. She also really works with you on insurance and making sure everything works out well. I've been pulled through the ringer with doctor's - mainly from switching practices so often and not being attentive. Caroline has been so thoughtful and caring the past year. She truly helped me through some of my worst times. She doesn't just prescribe a med and move on. She actually has conversations and helps find the right medication for you!!
My experience has been amazing so far. Caroline is so attentive, supportive, and easily accessible when I need her. Here, I feel like I am a patient vs. a number. They truly take the time to work with their patients and come up with a support plan together. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with Medicine Park Mental Health.
