Worst pharmacy in the city. They discriminate and give drugs to the people they want to have them. Poor management. A pharmacist there got mad because I was filming how bad he was treating us so he followed me outside and started punching my car windows as I was driving off. Stay away from this pharmacy!
Dr. Hugh is generally ok, but the rest of his staff at Medicine Man are never respectful. They never smile and seem to be in bad moods every time I go in. The last time I visited was to transfer a prescription, and I was told it was too early to do so even though I had counted the days ahead of time and determined that it wasn t. They refused to count the days on the calendar to be sure or consider my request. I vowed never to go back. Customers deserve to be treated better than I was at Medicine Man. If you like knowing your Pharmacist by name, as well as him knowing you, you'll love the small town feel of this pharmacy. Everyone is very nice and greets you with a smile when you walk in.
This is a wonderful pharmacy! Very nice people and great service! Love it!
