I feel like everything is always on the run. The nurse that I was being seen by I can’t even talk to whenever I need something during my sickness. Is not right that I have to try to explain to the receptionist whenever I need something for her to get to the nurse and then another nurse to call me back. I know for a fact I am never going back to the clinic.
RecommendedI love it when a Dr’s Office does not over-book patients! Wait time is basically non-existent before you see the Dr. or P.A. and they give you their undivided attention during your examination/appointment! Kudos to a very professional staff!
I usually hate going to the doctor, but it is almost a pleasure when you have such a great staff and medical support team taking care of you. Thank you for the extra time you took with me to help me with explaining my diabetes, Dr. Metz. I was scared when I was first diagnosed but feel like I have it under control now thanks to him.
