Fancy name, poor experience. After a last minute reschedule saying “sorry we had problem with our physician and need to close the following day” I came in to be helped by a medical student. He was I’ll equipped and the doctor he kept going out to ask was unable to do anything for me. This urgent “care” sent me away with shortness of breath, radiating pain from my stomach down to my groin that went to my side. From the start everything was great. Making an appointment online was very easy. I showed up and within 5 mins I was in a room and talking to the nurse practitioner. I highly recommend them.

They were very carrying and helped me promptly although I came in without an appointment. It was also super clean and all the medical staff wear masks! Very happy to have found a facility with urgent care that is truly exceptional in the grant park area!
Nurse practitioner Clark was very knowledgeable and really took her time to understand my health concerns.
