Terrible experience with practice management. My interaction with Ali lacked basic professional courtesy and customer care. Front-office management needs to ensure staff communicate respectfully with patients AND doctors alike.
Doctors, Nurses and the receptionist are professionals on their fields. I am very grateful for the care and treatment I always receive specially from my Doctor Ashish Mathur. My Doctor Ashish is very flexible The receptionist’s greetings is exceptional and are professional and the Nurses are great.
I saw quite a few negative reviews about Dr Rokon, so I actually booked an appointment with him specifically to see for myself. Based on my personal experience, I can understand why some reviewers felt that he was impatient or lacked empathy, but I didn’t really see it that way. It’s Medicare so it’s free - expect service similar to this and i got no issues with it - all the doctors are good and does the job assuming it’s free. My only concern is no wifi - they should offer free wifi as I cannot access my insurance app and it causes issues what is covered or not (referring to dental stuff otherwise yo won’t need internet )
During my consultation with Dr. Salma Ahmed at Medic First, I felt unwelcome from the start. There was no greeting or basic check-in. When she called my name and saw me, the very first thing she did was looked at me from head to toe and as we kept walking she was talking in Arabic to another patient sitting.
