I guess they're good and all for availability, but frankly, I'm ticked that they spend all of 5-10 minutes in a COMBINED appointment for two children with identical symptoms, and bill me close to $500. I can get better, more thorough and more detailed care elsewhere. Medicenter seems to be in the factory-style medicine, every patient is a number, get them in and get them out as quickly as possible.
This was my first visit and I was well taken care of from the desk all the way through checkout. Molly was wonderful as well as the doctor!
Another problem. Appointment was at 3:40p.m today . Verified yesterday. Confirmed twice with clerk making appointment. Arrived ...was told I missed my appointment. Supposedly it was at 3:20! Wtf! Seriously! !! Rude females at intake EVERY time I've ever arrived at this facility. Only returned because I respect the doctor. These females, they really need a course in respect and patient customer care, which they seriously lack unless they are checking in a friend or a potential 'date'. Always a great experience. Front desk are always polite and helpful. Mcrorie has helped me thru one of the most difficult times in my life. I get great helpful service promptly and they are reliable and I feel safe trusting them with my families health needs.
So happy the Nikiski Media Center is open again. The wait time is minimal and Jared Wallace is very professional and seems to genuinely care for his patients. We always get a follow up call and now having access to your records online is a plus. Thank you for caring.
I wanted to say a big thank you to the MediCenter. I was given the opportunity to shadow multiple providers. The staff was welcoming and helpful which made for an enjoyable environment. There were patients of all ages with a variety of co-morbidities providing an invaluable learning experience.
Visited and was seen after a wait. The care was the best I have had and worth waiting while a lot of people were being seen. Popular hangout??? Provide called a few days later to check up on me... I don't get that at my normal provider. Would highly recommend to everyone!
