I go her strictly to see a psychiatrist Due to being rapped. The secretary checking me in after asking my name several times. LOOKS DIRECTLY AT ME AND SAYS what's ITS NAME. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I Absolutly am a female have been since birth again im here due to PTSD. LOOKS LIKE STAFF HERE LIKES TO CONTRIBUTE TO . So very very sad

Doctors are great but the office staff needs retraining/organization from the to down. Whoever the gentleman doing the scheduling is needs to work in a different field. Consistently screwed up schedules so bad that we had to find a new provider. Absolutely do not work with these people till they sack the office staff and replace them.

The doctors here are alright, the people answering phones have been consistently awful. I've been going here for 6 years now and the one thing you can count on is that someone will be rude to you. They all behave like it's their first time talking to a person before.

Although sometimes it is hard to get through on the phones; the staff is amazing. The support staff is very kind, caring, supportive and understanding. The providers go above and beyond for patient care. I’ve been going here for almost a decade and have had nothing but great things to say!

Horrible customer service. They take appointments but aren't taking on new clients or maybe just certain people. I had to cancel one of my mother's first appointment due to the fact that she wasn't well and needed to go to the hospital (medication mismanagement from the hospital) and they told me because of her too many missed appointments (the one cancellation), they wouldn't schedule her again. I had to talk to the Director to get some straight answers...
