A small accident resulted in damage to the bottom of the LH rear door. I took the car to three smash repair shops in Campbelltown for a quote. Two shops advised that they would have replace the door and paint the whole side of the car. The third advised they could repair and provided a quote. Thank goodness I then approached Medicar. I could immediately tell that John was a skilled tradesman in the way he explained how the panel would be straightened and the paint blended. No door replacement needed. Amazing customer service, very friendly lady at the front desk. Communicated everything clearly from start and delivered to the expectation. Had an insurance smash repair claim , the car almost looks brand new with a fresh wash. got me a taxi pick up. Overall I would highly recommend this place.
I do not recommend it. Very bad repair garage. Delay in repair. You find your car is a shopping cart.
