Whoever the receptionist is for this office is extremely rude. I called to establish myself as a new patient and I canceled the appointment because the receptionist was so rude. She was short tempered and just blurted out information without giving me the chance to process, write down or ask questions. Such a shame that the first encounter with a medical office is ruined by the receptionist.
I guess window 1 is having a bad day not a smile hello slamming stuff around but I guess it was me because I was not a young man. Customer service is dead I love Miss Martha she is so kind maybe she needs to train people on how to greet someone at the front desk there was another girl there she was on her phone and window 2 haven't seen Dr Mize for a while I liking because he actually listens to you might not always agree but there's always compromise I love his nurses other than the front desk everything is great I just don... read more
