I consistently lose at least 2 lbs a week of fat mass . I am so happy with my progress . It’s so easy , I don’t have to think about food , calories, carb intake , sugar etc . The staff is just wonderful . Quick weekly or biweekly visits and the easy shakes are so delicious. Thank you so much
