It was my first time getting any laser treatment done so I wasn't familiar with the process or anything. I called to make an appointment for a consultation the day after purchasing the groupon for 6 sessions on a small area (under arms). Thankfully they were able to fit me in on that same day. When I arrived they had me filling out extensive paperwork then I was called in for my consultation. Excellent service and amazing staff !
The staff is very friendly. I have been getting treatments by Ratnesh who is wonderful. She makes you feel comfortable and ensures you get the right treatment at the right level each time you go to make sure she gets every single follicle. Overall my experience has been great, which is why I continue and will continue to get laser hair removal treatment for different areas of my body.
