I needed help getting my mom to doctor office with wheelchair. I needed a Wednesday. He asked for my credit card number. He could only give me Thursday. We went round and round. I finally said sir, Thursday is not going to help me. I have told you time and time I needed Wednesday. I said cancel this call because you cannot accommodate the time I need. He charged my card anyway! He said he had to make a living too. Do not use this transport service!!!!! He is a crook!
I was calling to see about medical transportation for my elderly mother. When He called back he was very rude and unprofessional. I didn't even get service. I don't usually leave reviews but someone acting in this manner is very uncalled for
