The worst office staff. Always rude. Not helpful. Wish I didn’t have to go there but since their staff changes so frequently and they start off pleasant then once they get comfortable they are nasty.
Dr. Dudley is great. His staff at the front desk however, was the only reason my family and I have decided to change our primary care physician.
Taseen Silva takes such good care of me .
I recently went in for an annual wellness visit, which is covered by my insurance. A few days ago I received a bill from them. I called to inquire about the charge and was told that because I had gone beyond the wellness visit that I was charged for a wellness + visit. I asked what exactly was considered "beyond" a wellness visit and was told because I had asked a few questions and had a prescription filled, I was charged for a wellness + visit.
