I am utterly disgusted with Medical Services of America Hospice after my recent interaction with their receptionist. I called them for help, hoping at least for basic compassion or someone to listen — instead, I was treated like a joke. She hung up on me without even asking how I was feeling or what my issue was, and laughed on the phone. It felt dehumanizing. I wouldn't recommend msa to anyone. There hasn't been much at all of support really in any kind of way. They haven't really been there when my mom and family and I needed them the most. Not good at explaining what we could do to help our mom or what to expect in this experience after I stressed I had never dealt with anything like this.
