This company has failed to provide me, the patient, with adequate medical supplies for my CPAP machine. I have made numerous phone calls and visits about the problems. I have asked to speak with the manager several times without success. I have called him and left messages. It has been very distressful and disappointing that I cannot get the medical supplies that I desperately need.

Wish I could rate it with no stars. The business is absolutely awful, with respect to knowing their product and selling/leasing to a patient. Find a responsible provided!

would not recommend this service for hospice care. Very poor follow up with family and staff does not listen to family request.

Please do not ever engage this organization to provide hospice care for your loved one. They do not carry through with promises for care. They do not ever provide physicians services, and management does not EVER accept responsibility for mismanagement. My father was very ill, and the Assisted Living called them requesting a nurse. The Butler office, headed by Jane, sent an aid. Then she said that they would send an xray machine that night for my Dad. I called the next morning, and by 2:00 pm, still no xray machine. They are not dependable, not caring, not willing to admit when wrong and fix problem. THEY ARE LIARS

My mother's physician referred us to this company for her home oxygen and they were really awful. They sent someone to her home with no medical training at all, and were consistently late in delivering tanks to her home. We finally did some research and switched her to a company called DME and they are really wonderful.
