Horrible experience! Very hard to work with and they continue to bill me AFTER I called, cancelled my service and sent the CPAP back. Their online payment portal is horrible and the entire experience is quite suspect. I would NOT use them for any CPAP related services.
They deserve negative stars! It's a horrible company. Very rude staff and they never compete orders. They just drop you off their schedule with no explanation and when you call, the staff sound like they were trained by the devil!
No complaints so far.
MSC Sleep is horrible! They will call nonstop to refill supplies and then randomly bill months later! I know it is not the insurance company because they process every other claim within a week. I got supplies in July 2024 and didn't get an invoice until December. Now they are tacking on late fees. I've sent two other payments in the mail and neither have been processed.
