Got emailed a bill from Medical Service Company today. I guess I’m about 2,000 years late on my payment…
As a new customer I tried to get a new c-pap machine. Started in January 2026. NEVER got my machine. Called them several times with no success. LinCare got me a machine in 5 days. I DO NOT recommend Medical Services!
As soon as the respiratory therapist found out my wife's CPAP machine was set up under Ohio Health and not one of their machines, we were treated very short and felt like we we ushered out quickly. We were made to feel like we didn't know what we were talking about and they couldn't care less about the machine working properly.
