When I actually speak with someone, the calls go well, but I've now called twice for something. I was on hold almost 15 minutes the 1st time and currently at almost 18 minutes. People who work during the day don't have a bunch of time to wait on hold.
OhioHealth made a disastrous mistake switching to this company. It was quite clearly over money. OhioHealth would rather use a company with a bad reputation than use their OWN employees and their OWN department. We had awesome experiences when OhioHealth and this has been a nightmare. Try calling them - you'll be on hold at least an hour. Try getting new equipment - you'll wait way past the due date. Try getting new equipment if you've received faulty equipment - good luck. A bad experience all the way around.

I got my CPAP device in May have received 2 calls I am due for new supplies to this date I have not received them. I made multiple phone calls to them received verification from my insurance company. My supplies were approved for payment, a MSC employee told me my order was cancelled but she would ask her supervisor to research and have the supervisor call me....that was 11 days ago...no call. This company is horrible, I have waited for 3 weeks now for my diabetes supplies to show up and still nothing. I have reached out to them by phone 17 times now and everytime I call they say that there is a problem with the order. I have reached out to the supervisor and left a voicemail but no one has called me back. If I was you I would save your time and money and just go with another medical supply company because this is not the one. Your orders will never get there on time if they ever show up at all.
