MSC has been a nightmare to work with. Using their device was traumatic and I called them within days of receipt to let them know I needed to return it. The woman that I spoke with lied to me and told me that I had to keep the device until my doctor released me. This was a lie. Every time I confronted my doctor they were confused about why. Oxygen tanks never delivered in a timely manner. I called and the replacement tanks are always pushed back one more day. When they don’t deliver on that day it starts all over again and now it been a week with no reason except for them to say tomorrow. We are now looking at other companies, my moms healthcare is not something to be dismissed.

The customer is correct that the delays in delivery of tank refills was excessive. We have spoken with the family, apologized and have made changes to our process that will reduce the likelihood of this occurring in the future. We have also spoken with the family regarding other oxygen modalities that will give the patient greater mobility options with less deliveries and more individual flexibility.
