Item arrived without xenon bulb, but Seller refused to believe this could be true. After lengthy search spent $800 on this uncommon bulb. Upon installing bulb, it became evident that video processor itself was defective and hangs on the "Pentax" boot screen. Due to length of time hunting for new xenon bulb, the instrument defect was only detected on the 35th day after the sale...and seller refused to accept return or to make things right! NOW HAVE $5200 PAPERWEIGHT--AVOID SELLER AT ALL COSTS!!
