He found a tear in my retina and stayed after his last scheduled Patient to treat it with laser.
My wife missed 1 appointment this winter due to poor road conditions from Beaverlodge. She was given the 3rd degree by a very rude receptionist who told her she would be rescheduled and they would call her the next week for a new appointment. No one called she has since been to another optimologist who again referred her to Claramunt. She had never gotten a call from Claramunt and our optimologist can’t get an answer from him about her appointment. This Dr needs to be disciplined for how he treats the people that need him. My wife has trouble keeping the freezing in. Other two clinics my wife went to was awesome. Not here and when my wife jumped when needle was put in he blamed her. I was with her on the 3 occasions. Did not find him to have any care or seemingly knowledge. Thankfully we found someone that is excellent like her first doctor
If you need injections for a degenerative eye disease, Dr. Claramunt is the man to see! Him and his team provide beyond and above service: very informative, caring, prompt /on time, sanitary / clean place, feel in good hands from the time walk through the door.
