I have just received a bill from MED PLAZA ONE. The only building I am aware of at MED PLAZA ONE does not contain an emergency room nor do I recall anyone giving me TOBACCO USE CESSATION INTERMEDIA; whatever that is supposed to be. I am then told on the bill that "Provider charges are for physician services provided by Lee Physician Group (our primary and specialist physician group) or our Convenient Care walk-in medical clinics.
