Whatever you do - stay away from Amy Palacios. She's unqualified and negligent, leading to dangerous outcomes for her patients and clients. She's emotionally unhinged (feel free to Google and watch her videos online) and is completely unprofessional with her communication with clients and families. I want to share our experience with a NP affiliated with this practice, Amy Palacios. Amy was in charge of overseeing my mom’s care while she was a resident at The Addison of Indian Trail. My mom developed cellulitis and Amy was the contracted NP treating her for this over a prolonged period. In early February my mom was admitted to a local hospital suffering low BP and severe dehydration. I did not receive good customer service. Thw weight loss program does not work and just a money scam. I was unsatisfied with this company.
