I was super happy with my experience! Brought my baby for ear piercing. I was given reminder texts and calls. I was also called in the morning with help to locate as a dr. Is travelling to do piercing. The Dr and his assistant were super kind and made my husband and I feel super comfortable even remarking and letting us take our time to decide on placement.
