Really surprised by all the one star ratings this facility has. I took my 4 year old daughter here to have her ears pierced and it was a good experience. The office is located at 51 Benton St in a medical building and it was easy to find. There is free parking and although the lot was small we didn't have to wait long for a parking spot to open up. It was a little wait time due to staff shortage. But the service was quick. My 2 month bold baby was sleeping during the process which made it easier for needle piercing. Highly recommend.
This was a very disappointing experience all around, especially considering the price I paid. I booked an appointment for my 12 year old daughter for her second ear piercing.
