This was a very disappointing experience all around, especially considering the price I paid. I booked an appointment for my 12 year old daughter for her second ear piercing. Uses a piercing gun. Real professional piercers use NEEDLES. SHAME you call yourself medical and you willingly harm people with the worst piercing method possible.

Very pricey!!! They don’t even give after care solution. Personally, I did not enjoy their services. Doctor was not patient. Even when we asked question it was as if we were bothering him.
TLDR: this place is overpriced, felt very "scammy" and didn't provide a welcoming and supportive environment for my 5YO's piercing experience. I do not recommend this at all. Proceed with caution. We had a horrible experience with this company. First of all, I will provide a disclaimer that I wanted to get my 5YO's ears pierced with a needle, which is the ONLY reason I chose this company.
