This place is amazing! From the front office (Ashley she is heaven sent) to the doctors (Dr. Schrumpf is so kind and listens so well). I am lucky to have them in my corner when it comes to health care. I have never had any issues in the 3 years I have lived in the area. I always recommend the office to anyone who is tired of the healthcare failing them.
Dr. Tanya Schrumpf takes such amazing care of my husband! If you're looking for a doctor who is knowledgeable, not pushy, takes the time to hear you,, and also can make suggestions on more natural ways to handle certain health concerns, then please do yourself a favor, and make an appointment with her! I wish she accepted my insurance, because she would be MY doctor too. Thank you Dr. Schrumpf!
I thought I found a practice that would help with my environmental exposure. With the name holistic care, i was hopeful. Instead I walk into their office and start getting a headache after waiting on her an hour and half.They had this air freshener plug ins in the waiting room. Once again I had an appointment at the Titusville office for 4:45 today. I took off of work again to make it to my appointment on time only to find out this office was closed and the number disconnected. When I called the Melbourneoffice they told me this office is alwaysclosed on Fridays. You guys created this appointment, why would you create an appointment for when your office is closed? Have been a patient for years with a significant break in care due to full pain remission. Another issue has arose and it is the same thoughtful care I have always experienced. Yes, I've had to wait, but never for too long (what waiting room doesn't have a wait?). That is what happens when you're gettting the kind of care where the doctor wants to listen to you and is asking you about you specific concerns, which Dr. Schrumpf does. I have all the patience in the world for that type of care.
