Tanya is okay, but her staff seems to be unable to get anything right. Still waiting for records to be sent to my new doctor and my husbands new doctor, had to leave her practice due to incomptences.
Horrible experience. I made several appointments to see Tanya. However, every time I went, they passed me off on an incompetent assistant, who said Tanya was not available, even though the appointment was scheduled for her. 3x I went in with a list of things I needed, and they tried to force me to pay for a “prescription review”, never seeing Tanya. I just got off the phone with them and they were so friendly. I was calling about scheduling a visit between my office the Pain Management Institute and Dr. Schrumpf's office and the team was so upbeat and warm which is very appreciated.
