terrible care received by the staff
Take care of the wound that has been on my dad's back for 2 weeks.
Horrible facility, unqualified staff . I removed my mom after 6 hours, the staff let her suffer with no pain meds after surgery and Norman Regional Health Plex recommended this facility. Never ever ever use this facility.
my mom was worse when she left than when she got there. If she had left after the two weeks she was suppose to be there .But they said she needed to stay. They just wanted the insurance money:(. The rehab was good but the doctor and nursing didn't treat the medical needs. They gave her 3 meals and her meds.But she ended up getting every illness that spread throughout the place.And it took too much time before they started treatments. Including influenza A and C-Diff.She was left on the toilet for 30 minutes a couple of times... read more
They dropped the ball when my loved one was there. They didn't change her diapers for hours and it all leaked out and went up her back. She had diaper rash and hadn't been bathed in days. I wish I could give a negative score. This place is REALLY bad. Don't leave your loved ones here.
