when my friend is there and pushes call light to No answer for 4 hours. No you dont take your dieing dog there. when she is screaming out in pain still no help. you got to be kidding me. if it were you or your loved one wouldnt you be mad. wouldnt you want treated better? this is not the end D.O.N. not responding or trying to correct the complaint is Not acceptable an licensing will be contacted you cant act like a facility who cares and not

My mother was drugged at night with anxiety/sleeping meds that interacted with her blood thinners. This caused her to have blood pool in her heels that became necrosis. Almost immediately got bed sores that escalated to a level 3 and were infected requiring hospitalization. They do not keep their patients clean. If you care about your family do not use this place for any reason not even rehab.

Please don't leave your love one's in this horrible place. They abuse them. This place has to be shut done

Increase number of knowledgeable staff to support the number of residents in skilled rehab facility. Extremely frustrating trying to get in touch with "anyone" with the facility in lock down, weekends were horrible. My mother would have to call my cell phone, then I would have to try and call just to get someone from the nurses station to go assist her with using the rest room. Would never recommend this facility to anyone.

Stepdad was at this facility( skilled) it took 5 days before they would bath or change his clothes. After I insisted, they became very rude, and sky would not return my calls. We took him out immediately. I would never recommend this facility for any reason.

This facility is apparently being run too short-handed, to give quality care to the patients , while they are there for Rehab.

My mom just left there and it was horrible. She was forced to sleep in her clothes at night. They changed her depends once a day. Never bathed her or brushed her teeth. Was sent for rehab and got physical therapy one day. She was there for a week. The kicker was they tried to give her 9 pills to her at one time yet we told them speech therapy says only one at a time (she has a disease that limits her ability to swallow). They could have choked her.

Horrible place! Do not leave your family member in this place. My sister was told that if she left, Medicare would not pay. Today was suppose to be last day of antibiotics and even after doctor ordered it to be completed ASAP they did not give it. They said it was ordered and wasn’t there. They are abusive. Takes a very long time for anyone to come after being called. They just don’t care.
